Research Manager

They have an immediate opening in their Toronto office for Research Manager.

Job Description:

  • Management of research projects from start to finish including: survey design, tab planning, data analysis and report and presentation preparation
  • Primary client contact on research studies
  • Provides direction and leadership to research analysts as well as monitoring operations staff
  • Mentor and develop more junior levels of account team
  • Stays current on trends in research including client’s solutions
  • Maintains project budgets and works with VPs on study pricing
  • Draft proposals and assist VP in proposal development

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of market research experience
  • Ability to lead projects and teams
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software systems

As a senior level position, at least 5 years market research experience is necessary. Candidates will typically have a University degree.
