Who We Are

Melissa Schafer, President, Allemby Management Group Inc., has spent almost 24 years in executive search. Following several years establishing herself within the executive search industry, she founded Allemby Management Group Inc. in 1989.

Throughout her career, Melissa has had success recruiting employees for middle management and executive positions. Her primary focus over the past several years has been on recruiting senior managers and executives within various industries including market research, insurance and healthcare.

Melissa holds a B. Comm. and an M.B.A. from the University of Windsor.
