suitable candidates. We then generate a short list of suitable candidates
and refer them to the client for interviews.
During all rounds of interviews, we offer continuous, impartial
feedback to both the client and the candidates under consideration.
AMGI will check references and present the offer to
successfully complete the search.
Finally, we follow up with both the client and the new employee
during the first three months of employment to ensure that both
parties are satisfied.
